• Resolved a years-open SAP Segregation of Duties conflict problem by modeling 740,000+ user-permission rows as a Neo4j graph; quoted alternatives were ~3M SAR from SAP or ~200 vendor hours per conflict
• Built Hermes, an internal IT AI agent (Nous Research Hermes framework + RAG + Microsoft Graph, delivered in Teams) with five custom Python security modules: schema validation, output filtering, read-only tooling, controlled writes, and JSON-Lines audit logging
• Wrote the agent’s own toolset — semantic search across internal IT knowledge, plus an approval tool that routes every write through human confirmation before it executes
• Worked across Snowflake, Azure, and SAP while rotating through the IT AI, web development, procurement, and network teams
